We have a fully equipped workshop on-site in Lower Hutt, supported by three qualified technicians who can handle a wide range of power tool repairs, servicing, and warranty work.

It’s a good idea to have your tools serviced at regular intervals to keep them performing at their best. During servicing, we will clean and assess your tool, and if we identify any worn or potentially failing components, we can provide a quote for replacement parts to optimise performance and reliability.

Please note that a small inspection fee applies to all tools brought in for evaluation. This fee covers our technicians’ time to disassemble, clean, and diagnose any issues, and if required, prepare an accurate repair estimate.
